We’re committed to becoming the best agency we can be. Joining the B Corp global community is a milestone in a journey of many steps.
B Corp Certification means that we have been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact. Using our agency as a force for good in the world, we now consider our impact across five pillars: community, environment, clients, governance and employees.
Our internal Green Team, led by our Head of Sustainability Aideen O’Neill, have worked hard to maintain ISO 20121 Event Sustainability for the past 10 years. More recently, we added ISO 14001 Workplace Sustainability Certification to our ways of working.
B Corp felt like the obvious next step – a steadfastly rigorous process. B Corp undertook a meticulous deep dive across each aspect of our business from our suppliers and our environmental standards at our events and brand activations to the diversity of our teams and our impact on local communities. Transparency is essential and every detail had to be verified with copious amounts of information. In total certification took about 18 months with B Corp helping us identify changes and improvements we could make along the way.
Verve’s journey towards B Corp Certification has been marked by significant strides in integrating sustainable practices and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key initiatives include:

Driven by our teams across London, Amsterdam and Dublin, it’s something we’ll take into our everyday working lives. We plan to leverage our platform to advocate for broader industry-wide adoption of sustainable and socially responsible practices.
