We’re searching for a Sponsorship Intern who has a keen interest in Events and Sponsorship and is looking to kick start a career in a busy and thriving full service agency.

You will be working with the team on multiple experiences across headline music and sporting sponsorships. We have an action packed summer and need someone who can multitask, use their own initiative and work well under pressure within a close knit team.

Sound like you?

• Ready to commit for 3 months – with the possibility of extending to 6 months
• Excellent communication skills
• A real desire to immerse yourself in the sponsorship industry
• 1+ experience desirable but not a requirement
• Know how to roll up your sleeves and show initiative
• Competent IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Can work well in a team and under pressureCan meet and beat client deadlines

What will your day look like?

• Supporting the whole Sponsorship team across multiple projects
• Brand Ambassador recruitment, induction, training and briefing
• Looking after the day-to-day administrative detail, including compilation and presentation of written documents and administration of the budgeting system
• Liaising with suppliers
• Regular updates and liaison with other team members working on the client account
• Admin and office duties as part of the role
• Researching the latest trends to enhance projects
• Sourcing props, gifts etc.
• Attending events/match days when necessary
• Representing Verve and its clients in a professional manner at all times

Details:

• Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of to extending based on performance
• This is a paid internship
• It is not suitable for applicants in full time education. Flexibility required, not every day is Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
• Our internship roles include other office support responsibilities so you get to see the workings of the company and interact with all team members.
• You’ll be based in our vibrant and lively Dublin 2 office with a mix of in office and on location for events.
• You don’t mind dogs, we have two very friendly chocolate labradors, and regular “guest” dogs in the office.

This is a full time position and we cannot accept applications from people looking to do work placements as part of their studies.
