Account management is a dynamic and challenging role that requires relationship management and strategic thinking. By effectively managing accounts, Account Executives will drive revenue growth, build long-term client partnerships, and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Account Management

  • Managing clients in the dispensing department, ensuring clients’ satisfaction regarding our new service offering.
  • Understanding our clients’ dispensing industry to the best of your ability
  • Presenting and demonstrating product/service solutions that address our clients’ needs.
  • Using clear and effective communication.
  • Representing the clients’ interests within your company, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Coordinating internal resources to deliver services effectively.
  • Addressing client issues and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintaining all relevant documentation related to the account, including all documentation and communication logs.
  • Assisting on site across Ireland’s largest festivals and sporting events

Quotation Development

  • Preparing accurate quotations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
  • Ensuring that quotations are aligned with pricing strategies and profit margins.
  • Customising quotations to address specific client requests and objections.
  • Presenting and explaining quotations to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

Day to Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Responsible for receiving dispensing booking forms and replying to clients with quotations.
  • Inputting relevant bookings into our CRM systems: Current and Procim.
  • Receiving and documenting all delivery and collection information, including images of the equipment delivered and collected from various locations.
  • Communicating with warehouse, logistics, and technicians regarding equipment troubleshooting.
  • Responsible for maintaining client purchase orders and assigning them into the correct jobs.
  • Liaising with the finance department regarding closing the job and asking them to send invoices.
  • Involved in weekly catch-up with clients.
  • Involved in weekly dispense department meetings.
  • Helping create equipment troubleshooting logs on our CRM system.
