About the Role:

Showrunner, the Creative Content Agency within Verve, is looking for a project manager to join our growing team in 2023. We’re now looking for an ambitious individual who can help us build on this early success, and take us to the next level.

This is a mid-weight role for somebody who wants to work with a tight-knit and agile group, who are motivated to create entertaining, award winning, and world class work for Irish and international clients. We’re a small team, so somebody with the same collaborative, solutions-based attitude as us is important.

The ideal candidate is somebody who has knowledge of the advertising industry, is brimming with initiative, and is very well organized.

The role requires you to be committed to excellence and to be able to handle multiple deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills and the passion to drive to grow Showrunner.

What to Expect?

  • Day to day, you will work with the Client Service Director and Creative Partners to help manage projects and clients.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a number of high profile clients.
  • You will work from our Dublin Office and will work on campaigns for some of the most well known brands in the world working with our London and Amsterdam offices and occasionally travel for meetings / projects.
  • Planning, developing, monitoring and executing original branded content as part of a team for clients, across multiple platforms events, video, social, digital and print
  • Nurture and grow relationships with existing clients and approach all campaigns with a view to receiving recurring briefs to ensure client retention and relationship development.
  • Attend client meetings and take action items at them and ensure executed post meeting.
  • Good writing and presentation skills for pitches and presentations
  • You are good with numbers. Effective manage of projects to ensure margin and revenue.

The ideal candidate should have experience and skills in the following areas :

  • Proven 3+ years work experience within any of the following areas; Advertising/Creative Agency/Client Account Management
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with and influence key stakeholders
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management
