About The Role

  • As Creative Artworker, your primary role will be the output of top quality print/digital ready assets across a wide range of client briefs.
  • You’ll engage with teams directly to resolve artwork related queries.
  • Your day-to-day will be varied. One day you could be artworking a product sampling set up or an exhibition stand, and the next designing the theme & artwork for a conference or a corporate party
  • You’ll be expected to ensure consistency and accuracy is of the highest standard.
  • You’ll be expected to deliver and self-manage high-volume campaign executions.
  • You’ll be creating artwork according to client’s instructions and brand guidelines.
  • You’ll champion brand guidelines to ensure best in class creative output in each channel or touch point.
  • You’ll have an ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • You’ll collaborate with our teams across London, Dublin and Amsterdam. You’ll work closely with our GB based 3D Design Director and Creative Director as well as the rest of our creative and digital teams based in Dublin.
  • We’re looking for a creative artworker who enjoys designing as well as artworking with ambitions to grow along with the creative department.
  • The role is full-time based out of our lovely office in London Bridge – we offer a hybrid working model (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to add a creative eye where necessary with design support if required.
  • Prior experience for an agency or in-house design team (minimum 1 year).
  • Experience working on events / experiential / brand activation campaigns would be a big advantage.
  • Full understanding of printing processes, including file preparation, colour testing, proofing.
  • Fluent in the usual Adobe Creative Suite programs: Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • A working knowledge of After Effects / motion graphics and an understanding of design for digital would be a bonus.
  • Intermediate knowledge in the use of PowerPoint and laying out content in Google Slides for presentations.
  • An eye for design and creative flair, ability to layout, work with typography, colours etc.
  • Ability to listen carefully, understand a client’s brief and not be afraid to ask questions.
  • A people person who enjoys the collaboration process and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. You need to be a team player!
  • Ability to manage your time effectively, maintaining responsibility for your projects ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Desire and interest to keep up to day with industry trends, software updates, best practices etc.
  • Flexible and can adapt with agility to quickly changing priorities and tasks.
