Roles & Responsibilities
Our Activations Department has an incredible summer ahead, working across multiple UK festivals for some of the most showstopper brands… If you love being onsite, travelling and have a passion for music, this could be the perfect role for you!

- Leading on the delivery of B2C activations for brands, acting as the main point of contact for all elements of the project, delivering premium festival experiences in the best way, according to the brief
- Building strong relationships with clients and multiple stakeholders, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis at middle level
- Managing supplier relationships, ensuring that costs are being scrutinised and negotiated and the client is at the forefront of the mind when building a budget
- Budget management across projects, ensuring budgets can be built autonomously and to a high standard, thinking about the costs and how they meet the brie and vary in different scenarios.
- Looking after the day-to-day administrative detail of a project, including compilation and presentation of written documents, Health & Safety management, resource scheduling and project trackers
- Working with production suppliers, staffing agencies, contractors and the wider Verve team to ensure excellent execution
- Works closely with designers and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Liaison with other client agencies and sites (i.e. venue suppliers, PR, advertising, sales promotion, design)
- Having a clear understanding of what success looks like for our clients and creating responses/proposals/ reports accordingly

- Bar build & pourage experience
- Previous work with data capture, social media integration, and engagement metrics
- Previous work with alcohol brands
- Personal Licence holder

The Person
- Passion and drive for live events with specific experience in activations and specifically festival work
- Great knowledge of a project lifecycle, from budget skills through to production and delivery
- Minimum 4 – 5 years’ experience of delivering events with strong events background, and excellent project/client management experience
- Great technical production knowledge, with an ability to work closely with suppliers and H&S teams on the production aspect of events
- A great understanding of how a brand can make the biggest impact
- Excellent attention to detail, commitment to the team delivering the best job and getting your hands dirty when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask, manage projects effectively and manage the expectations of others both internally and externally
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft G-Suite
Role Package
- Salary depending on experience
- Phone bill paid (up to £60 per month)

The Verve Office Model
The Verve team operates a Hybrid working model between the London office on Bermondsey Street and working from home. We expect Tuesday – Thursdays in the office to allow for collaboration and learning. We always want to encourage a great social culture in the office.
