What You’ll Do

As a Senior Graphic Designer, your role will be dynamic and exciting, spanning a variety of creative projects:

• Design & Branding: Craft brand identities for events (conferences, launches, celebrations) and adapt assets for websites, print materials, and online use.
• Digital Creativity: Design microsites, engaging social posts, animations and banners.  Excellent skills in motion graphics would be a big advantage.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, designers, and digital experts to bring concepts to fruition.
• Production Expertise: Ensure artwork is print-ready with a solid grasp of print techniques and materials.
• Idea Generation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and pitch development with storyboards, templates, and mockups.
• Brand Adherence: Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all materials.
• Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks effectively in our fast-paced environment.

About You

We’re looking for a friendly team player who can balance creativity with efficiency.

Your Toolkit:

• 5+ years agency experience and a design qualification (e.g., Visual Communications).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with particular emphasis on design for digital platforms  (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD, Cinema 4D or similar).
• UX/UI design experience.

• Strong design for digital and motion & animation skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• A knack for turning ideas into visually compelling brand designs.
