BOMPAS & PARR 4 REALMS
Bompas & Parr are treating consumers to an immersive experience inspired by Disney’s ‘The Nutcracker and the Four Realms’. Visitors will be taken on a magical journey focusing on touch, smell and taste.

Tune into Spotify playlists telling the stories of young homeless people in the UK. This campaign creates a fresh approach to storytelling, using a new medium to reach a target who it otherwise might not engage.
THE GREYEST DAY OF THE YEAR
Have you heard of the new national holiday from Finnish Gin brand Hartwall? The company side-stepped increasingly strict Finnish alcohol laws by making the ‘Greyest Day of the Year’ a festival celebrating their grey weather and brand colours to keep the it in mind where alcohol advertising is banned. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS MEANS NEW BIZ
Anyone who has ever worked in hospitality will tell you pains of last minute cancellations, or even worse… no shows. Enter Last Table, a new Twitter business based on restaurant cancellations around Ireland. Restaurateurs can tag @LastTable sharing any last minute availability in hope of filling that empty table. SWAROVSKI CHRISTMAS INSTALLATION
Swarovski have created a number of activations to celebrate the festive season, all linked with a “sparkle” theme. The giant “Sparkling Box” features an interactive piece on each side, including a gif photo booth, virtual snowscape, and screen with Swarovski’s Christmas ads and festive gifts.
The brand also have a ‘Sparkle Street’ activation featuring a Christmas tree with digital advertising, where passersby can have their picture taken on front of a festive landscape and printed out as a Christmas card. For more info click here .
Royal Mail are spreading festive cheer placing post boxes with a twist around the UK. The post boxes are decorated with a Christmas theme and play the sound of sleigh bells or a message from Santa when someone drops a letter or postcard inside. For more info click here.

Gamification involves turning ordinary tasks that people do because they have to, into something they want to do.
By gamifying a consumer experience you often see increased engagement rates, particularly amongst experience led consumers such as Gen X, Gen Y and millennials.
There are many ways brands incorporate gamified experiences into consumer touch points. One example is creating a AR (augmented reality) map which consumers can explore to discover anything from prizes to branded content. – Think Pokemon GO for brands.
