Verve is a multi-disciplinary creative agency best known for world-class events, brand experiences and brand content for many of today’s most influential brands including Google, Coca-Cola, TikTok and Diageo. With a team of 120, we’ve evolved over 35 years to become a globally-focused agency with head-quarters in Dublin and growing offices in London, Amsterdam and Singapore. In 2022 we became part of the Opus Group – a family of 3 agencies based across North America, Australia but activating incredible experiences across the world.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an Associate Creative Director who is a highly conceptual thinker and visual storyteller
to shape and deliver our creative vision during a 9-month maternity cover. You will join a tight-knit, award-winning Studio team where you’ll be at the heart of the creative process, from initial ideation stages through to the final live execution.
The ideal candidate will be able to showcase a strong ability to translate conceptual ideas into compelling visual worlds through sketching, spatial thinking, 2D art direction and 3D design. Being able to work comfortably across both B2B and B2C audiences, the ideal candidate will be able to adapt their creative approach to suit a wide range of brands, briefs, and environments.
Projects can include anything from festival activations to brand launches, company celebrations and conferences, exhibitions, PR stunts to sports and sponsorship activations with all of the corresponding creative, brand content, digital, social and campaign assets.
What You’ll Do
Who You Are
Sustainability
We’ve been championing sustainability in our events and brand experience with ISO 20121 certification for a solid decade. We added ISO 14001 in 2023 and we proudly became B Corp certified across all three of our offices in 2024.
B Corp represents our commitment to using our agency as a force for good in the world across 5 pillars: environment, community, employees, customers and governance. Both B Corp and ISO require regular audits to maintain certification.
Great Place To Work
Verve has always believed that exceptional work is rooted in an exceptional workplace. We proudly became Great Place to Work® certified in September 2025. This certification is based entirely on employee feedback and a review of our culture, affirming the environment we’ve built at Verve, grounded in trust, inclusion and genuine care for our people.
Diversity & Equal Opportunities
We are committed to an active Inclusion, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy. Celebrating our inclusive and diverse culture is integral to Verve. We know that for our business to thrive and to realize its ambition, we depend on having diverse talent with a range of backgrounds, skills and capabilities. Together, we continue to build a culture that encourages, supports and empowers our employees.
