We’re proud to share that our very own Olly Collier, Managing Director of Verve GB, has been named in Campaign’s prestigious 40 Over 40 list for 2025.
Now in its fifth year, the 40 Over 40 celebrates industry leaders across Europe, the Middle East and Africa who are not only at the top of their game but who continue to make meaningful, values-driven contributions to the world of marketing, events and advertising. This year’s honourees were selected from 152 entries by a 23-strong judging panel including senior figures from Meta, Milk & Honey PR and Unlimited.
Olly’s inclusion is a fitting recognition of the impact she’s made, not just in business, but in culture, creativity and leadership. Since joining Verve, she has helped shape the agency’s growth in the UK, while championing the power of experience-led marketing for brands like LinkedIn, Diageo and TikTok.
Under Olly’s leadership, Verve GB played a key role in our successful push for B Corp certification in the UK, while also winning multiple awards, including Best Culture at the European Agency Awards and Best Event Team at the Campaign Experience Awards, and securing landmark partnerships such as the Guinness Six Nations title sponsorship. Over the past five years, the agency has seen a 10% increase in revenue and, just as importantly, an 85% client retention rate, reflecting the strength of relationships built on trust, innovation and consistent delivery.
But perhaps Olly’s greatest legacy is the culture she’s helped nurture. A firm believer in collective creativity and human-first leadership, she’s long championed mentorship, inclusion and sustainable thinking. Her influence has fostered a workplace where 98.5% of staff say they feel proud to be part of the agency, a stat that speaks volumes. As one judge put it: “Campaign’s 40 Over 40 should celebrate people like her, not just for what they’ve built, but for how they’ve chosen to build it.”
Clients and colleagues alike describe Olly as a calm, confident presence who leads by lifting others up. She’s the kind of leader who listens first, acts with integrity, and always puts people at the heart of progress.
