Verve Marketing LTD collects the following data:

– Accepted working shifts.
You directly provide Verve Marketing LTD with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you download the Vervify app and complete the application form, and later again when you begin accepting shifts.
Verve Marketing LTD collects your data so that we can:
Verve Marketing LTD securely stores your data in EU based Microsoft Azure Servers.
Verve Marketing LTD will retain financial data related to payroll for 7 years to comply with revenue regulations.
We retain your other data until you personally delete it via the delete profile function within the app, or if you do not accept any shifts for a consecutive period of 24 months we will automatically delete your data.
Verve Marketing LTD would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Verve Marketing LTD for copies of your personal data.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Verve Marketing LTD correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Verve Marketing LTD to complete information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that Verve Marketing LTD erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Verve Marketing LTD restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Verve Marketing LTD’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Verve Marketing LTD transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
