Employee Conference
Diageo GB partnered with Verve for their second all-employee conference, “2BGB Thrive for Greatness,” hosted in Edinburgh. Highlights included an all-employee conference, an after-party at a Diageo key account, a Scotch Safari across 13 sites, and a black-tie gala. The event required meticulous planning to manage travel, multiple locations, and venue sourcing across Edinburgh and rural Scotland.
Verve meticulously planned and executed Diageo’s “2BGB Thrive for Greatness” conference. Our teams defined event objectives, managed timelines, budgets, and communication, and coordinated logistics, accommodation, venues, production, and entertainment.
A focus was put on creating a space that cultivated a sense of community among employees, especially for those meeting in person for the first time. The detailed planning, including contingency measures, ensured a seamless experience, resulting in an impactful event that successfully aligned with Diageo’s vision.
