The Task

For the FW25 season, Karl Lagerfeld aimed to boost brand engagement and acquire new customers through their collaboration with Paris Hilton. The objective was to drive quality traffic to flagship stores, increase CRM sign-ups, and generate excitement around a Paris Fashion Week event. Our mission was to create a seamless activation that connected online and in-store audiences through a compelling “Win a Trip to Paris Fashion Week” competition.

The Solution

We delivered a full-funnel, multi-channel CRM activation integrating Karl Lagerfeld’s new platform with web and email systems. Our team developed the creative and media strategy, producing localised paid ads across Paris, Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, and London, supported by in-store QR activations. We extended reach with targeted paid social and email journeys across the UK, Netherlands, France, and Germany. The campaign surpassed expectations, generating over 47,000 entries – nine times the target and significantly increasing engagement through a frictionless, omnichannel experience.
