Virtual Event
Failte Ireland wanted to engage with their Stakeholders in advance of their augmented tourism campaign factoring in restrictions lifting and social distancing.
In previous years Failte Ireland conducted a roadshow around Ireland with multiple stops and audiences, however as this is not possible at the moment, Failte Ireland asked Verve to manage four streamed events throughout one day to showcase their collected information first hand.
With the lack of personal engagement Failte Ireland asked Verve to pull out all the stops to build connection and buy in with attendees. Music and Voice is proven to drive this connection.
With a very short turnaround time and the requirements for multiple onsite and location shooting, Verve assisted in creating this event within 2 weeks.
Factoring in objectives such as easy to use platform, high production values, seamless editing, convenience for presenters and of course Failte Ireland values.
The event had two facets:
1: A number of pre recorded talks which were filmed on green screen with the CEO, Paul Kelly, each regional head, along with department experts.
2: The Live Q&A element where thousands of people in the tourism industry could ask their questions to the panel and hear from Failte Ireland in clear, concise and professional manner.
Production of x 4 ‘Re-opening Together’ Industry Events, which were viewed by over 2,000 people.
This event raised the bar for virtual events, truly showing the capabilities and reach of technology, with the use of our in-house green screen studio and production suite, as well web design + development and eCRM support to capture RSVPs.
